DR. GREGG BARINGOLDZ

Dr. Baringoldz grew up in the Philadelphia Pennsylvania area and completed his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in psychology at Temple University and West Chester University, respectively. He completed his doctorate in psychology at Ball State University, and his clinical psychology internship at Bethesda’s National Naval Medical Center, now known as Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, with both of these organizations being accredited by the American Psychological Association. Dr. Baringoldz was introduced to California when he accepted a psychology position at the Naval Regional Medical Center in Long Beach, where he provided  inpatient and outpatient care for active-duty personnel from all branches of the military, and for their dependents, and was also deployed to serve in Operation Desert Shield Storm before leaving the Navy to pursue full time private practice. Since then, he has spent more than 2 ½ decades providing mental health evaluations and treatment for a diverse population in the clinical and forensic areas in Los Angeles and Orange Counties and, more recently, throughout California.

He resides in Orange County with his wife and two dogs, and enjoys spending time with his family and friends, scuba diving, traveling,  and trying out new restaurants and other local experiences.

TRALYECE WRIGHT, Psy.D.

Tralyece is a is a Registered Psychological Associate in CA with a strong educational background and a passion for helping others achieve their mental health goals. She holds an M.S. in Clinical Research from Walden University, complemented by a Post-Graduate Certification in Clinical Psychology from Fielding University, an APA Accredited Institution. Tralyece's therapeutic approach is rooted in providing her patients with a psychodynamic, integrated, client-centered style of therapy. Drawing from various modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), internal family systems (IFS/Parts work), and eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR), she tailors her approach to suit the unique needs of each individual. With compassion and empathy, Tralyece works collaboratively with her clients to navigate through challenges and foster personal growth and healing. Sessions are conducted via telehealth for your convenience and comfort.

Areas of Expertise: Trauma, Depression, Anxiety, LGBTQIA communities including individuals who identify as transgender and non-binary.

ALEXANDRA NORTON-FLORA, M.A.

Alexandra is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, having earned her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Hope International University in 2019. With over five years of experience, she initially practiced at an inpatient treatment center for substance use, working with adult males in individual and group therapy settings. Transitioning into private practice this year, Alexandra is dedicated to assisting and tailoring her therapeutic approaches to meet each client's unique needs. Located in Anaheim, California, she enjoys spending her free time with her dog, Sadie, exploring parks, socializing with friends and family, and delving into crime and thriller novels.

BENJAMIN TAITZ, Psy.D.

Dr. Benjamin Taitz is a Registered Psychological Associate in CA working in clinical and forensic psychology. Dr. Taitz received his Psy. D. from California Southern University, where his dissertation examined research literature about the effectiveness of incorporating geek culture to help build therapeutic rapport. As a clinician, Dr. Taitz specializes in incorporating superhero characters and other pop culture elements into therapy to help clients develop skills, identify strengths, and learn how to be a hero in real life.

KAREN KRASNER, M.A.

Karen Krasner, is a registered psychological associate in CA with a strong educational background and a commitment to helping individuals from diverse, cultural backgrounds. She holds a BA in Spanish from the University of California at Berkeley, in addition to an MS in Special Education from Long Island University in New York. Most recently, she earned her masters degree in clinical psychology from Pepperdine University, an APA accredited institution. Karen’s therapeutic style is strengths-based, using various forms of therapy such as psychodynamic, client centered techniques, which are also culturally respectful to the Latino community.

Utilizing various modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic, Relaxation with Mindfulness Meditation, and Gestalt techniques, she tailors various modalities to suit each individual client. 

Karen works empathically and collaboratively to help clients reach their goals. Sessions are conducted via Telehealth for your convenience and comfort.

ASHLEY DEVAERE, Psy.D.

Ashley DeVaere, Psy.D., is a Registered Psychological Associate in California specializing in Clinical Forensic Psychology. She holds dual Master’s degrees in Forensic Psychology - one from California Baptist University and one from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and a Doctorate in Clinical Forensic Psychology from The Chicago School. Her academic training reflects a rigorous foundation and a deep commitment to the intersection of mental health and justice.

Ashley brings diverse clinical experience across psychiatric inpatient care for youth, adult sex offender treatment, domestic violence advocacy, and juvenile corrections. In these settings, she has provided individual and group therapy, case management, and program development - cultivating a practical, systems-aware approach to care that bridges clinical insight with institutional realities.

Her areas of expertise include complex PTSD, intimate partner violence, narcissistic abuse, and culturally competent care for Deaf and hard-of-hearing populations. Ashley’s therapeutic orientation is trauma-informed and attachment-focused, integrating multiple modalities including psychodynamic, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), humanistic, mindfulness-based, and relational approaches. She is dedicated to fostering resilience and empowerment, helping clients rebuild inner strength and form secure, meaningful connections with themselves and others.
